Fashion Import Clerk

Working within the Imports team, the office clerk plays a key role in the administrative and operational support of the Design department, ensuring the smooth running of files, the management of fabric libraries and the organization of the department. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the team in their administrative tasks such as :
    • Prepare documents required for material searches.
    • Follow-up on files with external suppliers and input data assigned to them.
    • Measure samples and organize wash tests;
  • Organize fabric libraries;
  • Prepare seasonal pallets;
  • Provide administrative support for special projects;
  • Any other related task, in administrative support of the teams.

Requirements: 

  • Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with computers (PC environment) and office suite software (word, excel and powerpoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
