The position

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the development and management of a multi-million dollar purchasing budget.
  • Elaborate a consistent, tasteful home product assortment that aligns with our brand image.
  • Implement business strategies to boost inventory productivity, increase company profitability, and maximize sales activities.
  • Conduct ongoing market studies and analyses to identify customer needs and effectively meet them.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our international suppliers through various seasonal business trips.

Requirements :

  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Have a strong interest in fashion, ideally in home fashion.
  • Possess a passion for products and a strong commercial awareness.
  • Master business management principles.
  • Be highly comfortable analyzing numbers and data.
  • Exhibit natural leadership and the ability to mobilize teams.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, to interact appropriately with international suppliers.
