Buyers in training learn to master an art that has been developed by generations of buyers before them.

They are steeped in both fashion and business. More specifically, they analyze their sales performance and history, study cultural trends and apply business principles to make predictions and guide their decisions. In this way, they learn how to select and implement thoughtful assortments for our customers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute budgets, assortments and distribution. 
  • Build and maintain working relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with various specialized teams to create and promote products.

Requirements:

  • Keen business acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of business management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and turn feedback into opportunities. 
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to communicate with different suppliers worldwide.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fast leaner, especially with digital platforms.
