As Director of Sourcing and Vendor Management, you will be responsible for building and leading a matrix of high-performing, reliable, and agile partners who meet our standards for quality, compliance, speed, and innovation.

This strategic role places you at the heart of our supply chain. You’ll be tasked with selecting, structuring, and evolving a world-class vendor ecosystem, in close collaboration with our design, production, buying, and logistics teams. Through your leadership and vision, you’ll enhance the agility of our brands while actively contributing to overall performance. 

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement global sourcing and procurement strategies in partnership with the Vice President of Manufacturing. 
  • Build and manage a robust vendor matrix tailored to brand needs and aligned with performance, cost, speed, and compliance standards. 
  • Oversee relationships with suppliers and agents, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage legal agreements. 
  • Develop and monitor a supplier performance dashboard, including chargebacks and necessary corrective actions. 
  • Act as the link between internal teams (design, buying, production, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth and proactive collaboration. 
  • Lead a specialized team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and develop strategic sourcing capabilities. 
  • Play an active role in key supply chain decisions and support company growth through an agile, resilient sourcing network. 

Desired Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in textile sciences or fashion. 
  • At least 10 years of experience in sourcing, production, or global procurement, including 4 years in a leadership role. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of woven and knit textiles. Experience in the home sector is an asset. 
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. 
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
