Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage merchandise reservations and alteration and online order pickups. 
  • Prepare the registers' cash deposit. 
  • Process transactions for employee purchases. 
  • Perform the administrative tasks necessary to ensure a customer service environment that runs smoothly. 
  • Act as an example of La Maison Simons' highest standards, namely respect, consideration, and availability. 

Desired Profil: 

  • Friendly and helpful. 
  • Displays a methodical and self-starter attitude. 
  • Excellent administrative skills. 
  • Able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which the candidate is applying.
    • Quebec: French 
    • Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia: English
