Under the guidance of the Web Quality Control and Testing Project Manager, the individual in this role will focus on developing expertise and mastering the transactional web ecosystem to ensure its quality through testing. 

Being at the heart of information gathering, the person will need to identify errors, report them to the appropriate partners, track the necessary fixes, and validate the solutions implemented to ensure quick and effective resolution. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Write and execute user experience tests as part of projects and developments of web platforms and their associated systems. 
  • Familiarize yourself with the strategy, test plan, and the content of functional and implementation documents in order to cover all necessary test scenarios and areas.
  • Ensure the quality of developed solutions before they are deployed to production. Document all issues encountered that deviate from expected results. 
  • Ensure the follow-up test resolution based on established priorities, while adhering to deadlines. 
  • Collaborate in the planning and organization of tests, supporting the activities involved.
  • Participate in the implementation of projects by ensuring the setup of the operational environment, supporting the preparation of training, and assisting users during the stabilization period and post-implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools in place to optimize testing efficiency and the quality of deliverables. 

Desired Profile: 

  • Hold a college or professional diploma in technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate an innovative mindset aimed at improving operational efficiency. 
  • Possess a critical mindset to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions. 
  • Possess strong communication skills in both French and English, both orally and in writing, to interact with all stakeholders. 
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Have a strong interest in new technologies. Master problem-solving techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills.
