Training and Development Coordinator

The Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent development, skilled in instructional design, and adept at applying adult learning principles. You’ll leverage data to effectively measure the impact of learning initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and tailored learning solutions to address various learning styles and organizational needs.
• Implement and coordinate internal and external training programs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Deploy and utilize digital tools to deliver and track training programs, leveraging HRIS functionalities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analysis, and performance indicators, continuously optimizing programs to maximize results. 

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development or a related role.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of how training programs support organizational goals and address skill gaps.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels, adapting content and approach to their specific needs.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate), LMS systems, HRIS modules, and the Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to collaborate effectively with teams across the country.
