Under the responsibility of the Delivery Office Director, the role of the IT Business Analyst is to collect, analyze, and document the operational teams' needs in order to improve the organization's systems and processes. The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to plan and deploy technical solutions. You will actively participate in continuous improvement projects, train end-users, and contribute significantly to the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will also manage projects related to system optimization, ensuring their efficiency and relevance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsabilities

  • Conduct business needs analysis, model processes, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requests for system improvements from operational teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact with vendors and internal teams for technical and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate solutions and coordinate developments.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and coordinate the deployment of new features.
  • Prepare functional and technical documents, including training guides, in collaboration with operational and IT teams.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Offer level 2 and 3 technical support for various IT systems.

Desired Profil

  • Hold a university degree in computer science, business administration, IT management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in IT business analysis for projects.
  • Expertise in project coordination.
  • Knowledge of business processes in a distribution or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
