Under the responsibility of the Delivery Office Director, the role of the IT Project Manager is to manage and coordinate the organization’s strategic technology projects. The chosen individual will be responsible for overseeing all project stages, from requirements definition to solution delivery, including deployment and follow-up. You will serve as the liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure effective resource and priority management while actively contributing to the success of the organization's strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan all phases of technology projects, ensuring optimization of resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify project objectives, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and take proactive steps to resolve issues and obstacles.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective coordination of project activities.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts.
  • Prepare detailed project status reports, including analyses and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of specifications based on operational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure the quality and delivery of solutions.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, software engineering, project management, or another related field.
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in managing business solution projects, preferably in a growing enterprise environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of various project management frameworks.
  • Advanced communication and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written.
  • Project management certification is an asset.
