As an IT Transformation Manager, you’ll be key in modernizing our systems and processes. You’ll manage the implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring each project brings real and lasting value to the organization. You’ll lead both technically and organizationally, making sure projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the IT Transformation Director, you’ll play a central role in fostering collaboration across teams to ensure the success and strategic impact of technology transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all phases of IT transformation projects, ensuring careful management of resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify technical requirements, target architectures, and optimal solutions.
- Assess the impact of the transformation using performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
- Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams to ensure coherence and alignment of objectives.
- Identify risks associated with transformation projects and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of projects, including impact analyses, technical recommendations, and lessons learned.
Desired Profile:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field. Have at least five (5) years of experience in managing technology projects.
- Possess proven expertise in IT, including managing the implementation of complex technological solutions.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project.
- Possess excellent communication skills in both French and English.
