Team Leader, System Administrators and Cybersecurity

 The person in this role supervises and coordinates technical teams responsible for network infrastructure, servers, storage, and VoIP services. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture & Software Engineering, they are responsible for managing technologies, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and operating data centers to ensure the availability of critical services. They will serve as a technical reference for both the IT infrastructure team and the cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical teams responsible for network infrastructure, servers, storage, VoIP services, and cybersecurity.
• Manage Cisco technologies and data centers. 
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions. 
• Lead the operation of data centers and ensure the availability of critical services. 
• Oversee the installation of structured cabling and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate on project prioritization and establish delivery timelines.
• Work with departments to provide scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.

Desired Profile

• Hold a DEC in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 
• Have at least 2 years of experience in team management. 
• Be proficient in Cisco technologies and possess solid knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and VoIP.
• Have experience managing data center infrastructure, wireless networks, and cybersecurity.
• Possess certifications in relevant technologies (Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, etc.)—an asset. 
• Be fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, to effectively use systems and tools and communicate in English when necessary.
