Working within the Imports team, the office clerk plays a key role in the administrative and operational support of the Design department, ensuring the smooth running of files, the management of fabric libraries and the organization of the department.
Responsibilities:

Assist the team in their administrative tasks such as :
- Prepare documents required for material searches.
- Follow-up on files with external suppliers and input data assigned to them.
- Measure samples and organize wash tests;
- Organize fabric libraries;
- Prepare seasonal pallets;
- Provide administrative support for special projects;
- Any other related task, in administrative support of the teams.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with computers (PC environment) and office suite software (word, excel and powerpoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
